I had my computer for about a week and am very pleased with its capabilities. I'm using the computer faster, but not of this size and frankly I do not buy it for speed. My goal for my Acer is the e-mail, surfing, chatting and casual work of the Office programs (such as writing in Word to ensure that did not bother me with the spelling!).

The things you might want to know if you're in the market:

I only had problems with the service for my HP. I get different answers from different people, I do not understand.
If you have a problem, it stinks of trying to help. The additional money for another company is certainly worth the shoddy work that are not on their computer. Motherboard replaced them has a problem, six months later, and they want me to pay them the problem I have identified to diagnose. You want me a new motherboard, because his buy "outside of the warranty. ? Too much money, not to stand by your product.

There are a number of companies that offer not only good quality but cheaper models of laptops. I really do not know if this helps make the people choose a light, when it comes to buying the laptop. Not only does this cheap laptop companies offer a lot of features and styles, but the prices are constantly down.

You would think that the best laptop computers, companies would have less of the level of performance that you need. But because of the competitionbetween those producers that they do not compete only on price, but they also produce laptops that are a very good performance.

I worked on the Mac OS X at work, so I knew I liked Apple. But I went home for a Dell PC, which is older than dirt and very slow. I ordered the MacBook Pro, and will never go back to PC. My husband, who wanted to buy a PC, because they are less expensive, is now a convert too. Pro are high speed, looks great and easy to travel with. Highly recommended.
