Love, efficiency and ease of use right out of the box. For the first time I had a Mac and Apple will probably replace all the other PCs in the house with a MAC next year. Programs and menus are easy to navigate, at all levels and, above all, I love the start-up time in seconds compared to minutes, I have experience with PCs. A nice touch is the power cable for the magnetic connection to prevent damage to the above-laptop, if someone trips on line. I heard (but not yet installed) Microsoft Office does not work on Apple, as well as to PCs, but this is not the primary use for each case. I wanted something relatively easy for the trip, but good for media announcements and downloads, and ease of use. This fits the bill.
